-         Called to order at

-         Rule 17 – Event Management

o       Strike Preamble phrase “This rule applies to events held on University-controlled property.”

§         Unanimously approved

§         Reasoning:  Contradictory to the above phrasing

o       Change Student Activities to Student Involvement in Rule 17 – Para 2, Para 3

§         Unanimously approved

o       Denote Rule 17 – Para 4; Creation of phrase F for the phrase beginning with “Denial of approval…”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Change Rule 17 – Para 5, Part B “number 5 below” to “Section 5 below”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Change Rule 17 – Para 5, Part B to separate Director of Student Union and Director of Recreation and Wellness Center

§         Unanimously approved

o       Delete Rule 17 – Para 5 “Specific Authority” phrase

§         Unanimously approved

o       Delete Rule 17 – Section C “and Recreation and Wellness Center” in regards to Student Union

§         Renumber Rule 17 – Section C by inserting Phrase 2 regarding the Recreation & Wellness Center and renumbering all subsequent phrases appropriately

o       Change Rule 17 – Section C to create phrase 6 by ending phrase 5 at the word “facility.”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Change Rule 17 – Section D by editing “students organizations” to read “student organizations”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Delete the word “Information” before “Kiosk” in Rule 17 – Section G – Para 2 – subPara “a”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Delete OSI’s phone number in Rule 17 – Section H

§         Unanimously approved

o       Change all bullets to numbers in Rule 17

§         Unanimously approved

o       Insert “if the signs are not renewed” after “fifth day” in Rule 17 – Section H, Para 4

§         Unanimously approved

o       Delete the account numbers in Rule 17 – Section H and replace with “the appropriate account.”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Amend Rule 17 – Section I – Strike “Recreation and Wellness Center”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Strike “Recreation and Wellness Center” in Rule 17 – Section I

§         Unanimously approved

o       Amend Rule 17 – Section I – Para 4A to read “Student Union and inside the Pegasus Circle, Recreation and Wellness Center, Recreation and intramural sports areas, Student Resource Center Courtyards - from the Director of the Student Union or the Director of Recreation and Wellness Center or designee as appropriate.”

§         Unanimously approved

o       Amend Rule 19 at the end by changing the URL to “http://my.ucf.edu”

§         Unanimously approved
