Add language to reflect exceptions to 12 member requirement
for Clubs and Organizations (i.e. required waiver of requirement by Director
of Student Activities) in the Student Activities and Organizations
section (p.30/31). (07/20/01 - Dr. BF/DP)

Modify the Student Eligibility for Leadership Positions
area in the Student Activities and Organizations section to include
a 2.5 grade point average at a student's previous educational institution
or high school if the student is an FTIC or college transfer and has yet
to complete a full term at UCF (p.30). (07/20/01 - BM)
