  1. Welcome/Introductions/Sign In

·        Persons in attendance:  Dana Juntunen, Nadine Hosni,  Kim Carter-Williams,  Kevin Robbins, Wesley Hotchkiss, Tyler VanVoorhees, Willie Bentley, Annie Howe

  1. Vote on GRRC Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary

·        Chair: Tyler Van Voorhees, Vice Chair: Kevin Robbins, Secretary: Willie Bentley

  1. Finish Up Rules of Conduct and Student Conduct Review Process Sections (sections 2-10)

·        The committee finished reviewing the Rules of Conduct, and voted on recommendations that are to be sent to Dr. Huddleston.

  1. Student Academic Behavior, Student Grade Appeals, Student Grievance Procedure, Student Record Guidelines (sections 11-13)

·        This will be discussed at our January21st and 28th meetings.

  1. Review of all suggested changes/proposals

·        The suggested changes were voted on and will be submitted to Dr. Huddleston.  They all passed favorably.

  1. Student vote of proposals to present to VP of SDES for review

·        The suggested changes were voted on and will be submitted to Dr. Huddleston.  They all passed favorably.

  1. Discuss requests of which faculty/staff members to attend future meetings
